JOB OVERVIEW
The Manager, Wardrobe Operations works with Project Managers to provide costumes and wardrobe supplies to talent onboard cruise ships, on site at theme parks, and/or for one-off events. This person will attend production meetings, fittings, and creative rehearsals. This position calls for a strong knowledge of costume and wardrobe construction, dancewear and movement, and have an eye for tailoring. They will be responsible for multiple projects running congruently and must be a well-organized person who can multitask without getting overwhelmed. Passport is a must, but travel will be on an “as needed” basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works with Senior Manager, Director, and Project Managers to maintain daily operations for projects in all ongoing operations
- Performs fittings to oversee and maintain design integrity
- Source or design replacement items as needed and works with fabricators throughout the build process
- Orders shoes and performer supplies and any other show needs
- Tracks and maintains project budget
- Weekly rack walks with the Costume Shop Manager to ensure notes are being completed as directed
- Works with Costume Shop Manager to ensure projects have required in labor and is aware of labor budget
- Oversees and runs project pack outs and deliveries
- Travels to ships/venues and installs as needed
- Sewing, crafting, millenary and wigs as needed
- Variable hours pending project needs
Experience:
- 3-5 years in Wardrobe Supervisor role or equivalent
- Experience in theme parks, touring, or cruise lines is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with garment fitting and alterations for dancewear, menswear, and formalwear
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Numbers/Keynote and Excel/Word
