Position Overview
Support HR operations by conducting research, updating systems, drafting policies, and managing various HR projects. This role requires strong organizational and written communication skills, as well as experience working with HR technology and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on HR trends, policies, and best practices to support strategic initiatives.
  • Update and maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in drafting, outlining, and refining HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain HR Information Systems (HRIS) with employee data and system updates.
  • Develop and deliver presentations for internal HR communications and training.
  • Support ad hoc HR projects as needed, including compliance initiatives and employee engagement efforts.
  • Draft and post job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company standards and requirements.
  • Leverage strong written communication skills to draft reports, memos, and other HR-related materials.
  • Assist in building and designing presentations to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in HR, administrative, or research-based roles preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear and professional documents.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and general HR technology.
  • Experience with job postings and recruitment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and organization.
  • Experience building presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Must be based in NYC and available to work in-office 1-2 times per month.
